Gary is thourough in his inspection. Explains things very explicit and clear.He answers questions in details and completly using his laptop and photos if necessary. He knows his job and I would comment that he does it to the best of his ability which is excellent. His inspection is worth the cost and is reasonable. I recommend him highly.
