I have performed many insurance property loss control inspections on industrial and commercial properties. Working closely with HSB (Hartford Steam Boiler) properly loss control inspectors to insure these occupanicies meet NFPA standards.

As an ICC Certified Fire Inspector I have performed both residential and commercial real estate fire inspections in Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, Surprise and Peoria. With my years of experience as both a Fire Marshal and AHJ, I can inspect your home or place of business to help insure that your fire suppression systems are working properly and fire risk is at a minimum.

I also will consult and perform mock OSHA inspections at your place of business to help insure that you are compliant with their standards.
